A positive sports experience
This program will put kids in a fun fitness environment. The kids will learn the basics of Olympic Boxing. We will teach the kids boxing combinations on the heavy bag and punch mitts. The kids will learn effective blocking, head movement, and footwork that will keep them safe in the ring.
The kids will learn that this is a structured sport. They will compete and practice in a structured environment. This is an individual sport. The kids will learn how to set and achieve goals and objectives. The kids will learn to be the best sportsman and athlete.
While the kids are learning to be the best athletes they can be, they will learn to compete and support each other as a team. This is a conditioning program for young kids both athletic and non-athletic. Kids will learn the fundamentals of training and conditioning safely and most effectively. A combination of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, weight training and sports nutrition.
